First, we don't know any or all of the specific Rules or Procedures of any other Domain Registration Company - so we cannot ever provide explicit instructions to do so - and thus, you should obviously consult your NEW Domain Registration Company and ask them for this specific information.
BUT, we can provide you with the BASICS of Domain Transfer:
1. You need to UNLOCK your Domain.

2. You need the Auth / EPP Code for your Domain:

3. The Domain has to be Paid and in good standing (In other words, you cannot have Past Due bills, etc. with the Domain Registration Company - otherwise they can hold the Domain).
