If you are getting Errors when trying to Login to your cPanel - please contact Tech Support immediately, and provide them with the following information:
Domain name that you are trying to access the cPanel for:
Username:
Password:
Specific Error that you are getting:
Can you access your actual website:
To LOGIN to your CPANEL,
There are TWO WAYS:
The FIRST way is the shortcut:
yourdomain.com/cpanel
The SECOND way:
1. Login to your Billing Account at www.HostingCheck.com/billing/
2. CLICK ON - "My Services" Tab
3. CLICK ON - the "Manage" BUTTON.
4. This will take you to a screen where you will see a Button that says "Login to Cpanel" - Click that button. The Cpanel should load up in a New Window.
