To RESET your CPANEL / FTP PASSWORD,
1. Login to your Billing / Support Account at https://www.hostingcheck.com/whmcs/clientarea.php
2. CLICK ON - "Open Ticket" from the Menu Bar, choose "Technical Support"
3. OPEN a TECH SUPPORT TICKET, and let us know that you would like us to RESET your CPANEL / FTP PASSWORD.
4. Provide us with the DESIRED CPANEL / FTP PASSWORD (if your password is NOT STRONG ENOUGH, we will have to add characters to it, and we will notify you of the new password).
