Help My Site Is Down!


We monitor all of our servers and are notified of outages within 60 SECONDS of an outage - and we immediately begin working on the problem. If you contact us about this - it simply slows us down as we have to move resources from fixing the issue to responding to customer tickets, etc.

Furthermore, it is highly likely that the server needed to be Rebooted. This happens from time to time for various reasons. Sometimes the REBOOT is scheduled (in which case, we will post it on our website), and other times the REBOOT is not scheduled (in such cases as an emergency situation where we need to update the Kernal, RAM, CPanel, or some other critical system).

However, if after one hour - your site is still not accessible, then there is probably something else wrong (in other words, it's not the web server, and thus, we may not be aware of the problem).

In this case, please contact support and provide all of the following information:

What is the specific Error that you are getting (in other words, "Page Not Found" , etc.):

Please TRY the website on another COMPUTER / SmartPhone / or Remote Location (perhaps a friend) - and report to Support - Did the site work using the OTHER DEVICE (this helps us diagnose whether or not the problem is local to your computer / network or world wide):
